Like coaching, to build momentum and see progress, a minimum of 3 months of yoga practice is required; hence; I offer 3, 6, 9, and 12 month packages. Each week you will receive one 60 minute private class. Prior to your first class, I will send you an electronic ‘find your muse’ form, if you haven’t already filled one out, to better understand your needs, expectations, and physical and medical history.<\/h4>\n

Sessions can be booked up to a month in advance. I understand that life happens and things come up, so if you need to cancel, cancel with a minimum 24-hour notice prior to your session. If you cancel within 24-hours, you will be charged a $20 late cancelation fee. No-shows to scheduled appointments will be charged a $150 no-show fee.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u2022 100% refund: You will receive 100% back less a $25 administrative fee if you cancel your package a week (7 calendar days) or more prior to your first session.
\n\u2022 50% refund: You will receive 50% back of the value of your remaining sessions less a $25 administrative fee if you cancel within a week (less than 7 calendar days) of your first session.
\n\u2022 25% refund: You will receive 25% back of the value your remaining sessions less a $25 administrative fee if you cancel once your first session has begun.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
