To build momentum and to cultivate new mindsets, new behaviours, and tangible and measurable results, a minimum of 3 months of coaching is required; hence, I offer 3, 6, 9, and 12 month packages. Each month you will receive 3 consecutive weekly 45 minute sessions over the phone or WhatsApp, or online through Uber Conference. Prior to your first session, I will send you an electronic ‘find your muse’ form, if you haven’t already filled one out, to complete so that I can better understand your needs and expectations. Each package includes a complimentary 30 minute follow-up call via phone or WhatsApp, or online through Uber Conference to check-in on your progress 2 weeks after your last session.

Scheduling:
Sessions can be booked up to a month in advance. I understand that life happens and things come up, so if you need to cancel, cancel with a minimum 24-hour notice prior to your session. If you cancel within 24-hours, you will be charged a $20 late cancelation fee. No-shows to scheduled appointments will be charged a $150 no-show fee.

Package Cancellations:
• 100% refund: You will receive 100% back less a $25 administrative fee if you cancel your package a week (7 calendar days) or more prior to your first session.
• 50% refund: You will receive 50% back of the value of your remaining sessions less a $25 administrative fee if you cancel within a week (less than 7 calendar days) of your first session.
• 25% refund: You will receive 25% back of the value your remaining sessions less a $25 administrative fee if you cancel once your first session has begun.
